Who We Are

Glowpower is an exciting new Energy supplier in the Irish market. 

Our aim is to provide customers with a new and exciting way of approaching the sale of electricity in Ireland. 

Why do we collect data?

We collect your data to allow us to facilitate the provision of our services (electricity) to you.

Visiting our website.  An explanation about ‘cookies’.

As our services expand, there will be more opportunities to enhance the services provided to you. From time to time we may send you details of new content that may be of interest to you. We may also offer you the opportunity to participate in surveys, carried out by us or our agents, that help our research into the website and its value to you. Our information systems are cloud based and we work with our security team to ensure that your information is stored and protected with up to date security. 

Who can access your data?

Only Glowpower staff and our Customer Management Software Support staff can access your data.

 Our team are required to undergo Privacy Policy training as part of their employment.  We are required to be able to access your data to perform all of our services to you as stipulated in our contract of service.
