What happens next?

  1. Your application to switch will be sent to Glow power
  2. Glow power will get in touch within 7-14 working days to tell you the date when your switch will take place
  3. Remember to pay your final bill to your old energy supplier. Once this is done, you should also ensure you cancel all Direct Debits to this supplier, too.

Your Consumer rights

You have two weeks to change your mind and cancel your switch with no penalty. During the switch, you supply wont be interrupted, you don’t need to cancel with your existing supplier as this will be done for you and you’ll have 14 calendar days from today to cancel if you change your mind.
